Visual Effects Society ha annunciato i vincitori della 17esima edizione dei VES Awards, i premi americani che celebrano gli effetti speciali e il loro utilizzo nella cinematografia mondiale.
Due i grandi vincitori: Avengers: Infinity War e Spider-Man: Un Nuovo Universo, entrambi con 4 premi.
Sicuramente li vedremo trionfare anche agli Oscar, tra pochi giorni.
Ma un premio speciale che merita particolare rilevanza è quello assegnato a Chris Meledandri, fondatore della Illumination Entertainment, che ha ricevuto il VES Lifetime Achievement Award.
