Manca circa un mese all’uscita in America del live action di Kim Possible, che andrà in onda il 15 febbraio 2019 su Disney Channel. Nell’attesa della première, il canale per ragazzi ha diffuso l’iconica sigla nella versione remix per il live action, interpretata ovviamente dalla giovanissima Sadie Stanley, che è stata scelta per vestire i panni dell’eroina della serie animata.
“La nuova versione di Call Me, Beep Me è un arrangiamento modern dance pop creato appositamente per la nostra star, Sadie Stanley”, ha dichiarato Steven Vincent, vice presidente di Music and Soundtracks di Disney Channel. “Abbiamo mantenuto lo stile della canzone originale, ma l’abbiamo aggiornata per renderla una hit scritta oggi”.
Questa la trama del live action: L’eroina adolescente Kim Possible e il suo migliore amico Ron Stoppable (Sean Giambrone) iniziano il loro primo giorno di scuola superiore, mentre continuano a salvare il mondo dai super cattivi. Anche se Kim e Ron sono sempre stati un passo avanti dei loro nemici, riuscire a sopravvivere alla gerarchia sociale del liceo si rivela più difficile di quello che immaginavano. Quando Drakken (Todd Stashwick) e Shego (Taylor Ortega) ritornano in azione, Kim deve contare sulla sua famiglia e sugli amici del team Possible – Ron, il genietto Wade (Issac Ryan Brown), la nuova amica Athena (Ciara Wilson) e la talpa Rufus) – per riuscire a fermare i cattivi!
